Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems to have been a gloomier winter this year with less of those cold sunny days. I used to scoff at Seasonal Affectivness Disorder but the odd nibble from the black dog this year makes me wonder. Like you, I look forward to the leaves and the sun and the longer brighter days that come with them.

Just wanted to send you a quick note and tell you how much I've been enjoying your blog. I've only recently discovered it (and it's going to take awhile to get through your archives), but I find that you have an intelligence and a talent for writing that shines through (besides those damn sexy photos).
